Mr. Brophy is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, with nearly a decade of M&A and capital-raising experience across digital infrastructure and software verticals. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Mr. Brophy was an Associate at GCA Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021.
Mr. Brophy holds an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University.
