Mr. Capozzi is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s FinTech Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Mr. Capozzi was a Vice President at Freeman & Co., an independent advisory firm focused on providing M&A advisory, capital-raising, and other investment banking advisory services, prior to its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2019.
While at Freeman & Co., Mr. Capozzi was a member of the M&A and Advisory Services practice, focusing his efforts on transactions in the broker-dealer and financial technology sectors.
Mr. Capozzi holds a B.A. in Economics, graduating with honors and a concentration in Mathematics, from Oberlin College.
