Mr. Ender is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He has advised companies, secured and unsecured creditors, and special committees in in-court and out-of-court restructurings, recapitalizations, M&A processes, and capital raises. Mr. Ender is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Ender’s restructuring and recapitalization advisory experience includes Cirque du Soleil, Clear Channel Outdoor, Curo Group, Hollander Sleep Products, JOANN, McDermott International, Nine West Holdings, and Tailored Brands, among others.
Mr. Ender holds a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
