Mr. Hoffman is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Oil & Gas Group. He is based in the firm’s Houston office.
Previously, Mr. Hoffman was a Senior Vice President at Intrepid Financial Partners, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2026. Before that, he was a Vice President at Parkman Whaling, where he advised on a wide range of restructuring and capital markets transactions within the energy industry. Prior to Parkman Whaling, Mr. Hoffman was an Associate Director in the Natural Resources Group at UBS Investment Bank.
Mr. Hoffman holds a B.A. in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a CFA charterholder.
