Mr. Kase is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Kase’s recent transaction experience includes advising Accuserve Solutions on its recapitalization by Flexpoint Ford, Prime Capital Financial on its minority investment from Abry Partners, Genstar Capital on its sale of Worldwide Facilities to AmWINS Group, CAC Specialty on its merger with Cobbs Allen (CAC Group), Simplicity Group on its recapitalization by Lee Equity Partners, and American Guardian Warranty Services on its sale to Reynolds and Reynolds.
Previously, Mr. Kase was a Vice President at Waller Helms Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024. While there, he provided capital raising, M&A, and strategic advisory to clients across the financial and professional services ecosystem in CPA/accounting services, wealth management, and insurance distribution and services. Prior to joining Waller Helms Advisors, Mr. Kase worked in Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services Group in New York, where he specialized in quality of earnings analyses in the financial services sector. Before that role, he served as an Audit & Assurance Associate in Hyderabad, India, and Philadelphia. Mr. Kase also worked in the Business Valuation Consulting practice of Reinsel Kuntz Lesher, LLP.
Mr. Kase holds a B.S.B.A. and an M.S. in Accountancy, as well as a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, from the University of Notre Dame. He has passed all sections of the Uniform CPA Examination.
