Mr. O’Hea is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Accounting and Financial Reporting Advisory business. As part of the Transaction Advisory Services practice, his role includes researching relevant guidance on complex accounting and financial reporting matters involving U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and other international GAAP matters that arise in the M&A process, analyzing and building financial models to client specifications, and assisting clients in debt and equity capital raises. Mr. O’Hea is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. O’Hea joined Houlihan Lokey from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he primarily provided assurance services to clients in the consumer, retail, and industrial products sectors. Mr. O’Hea has also helped his clients through bond offerings, carve-outs, and conversions of IFRS to U.S. GAAP.
Mr. O’Hea holds a B.S. in Accounting from Marquette University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
