Mr. Sturgell is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Board and Special Committee Advisory practice. He advises boards of directors, special committees, company management, and other fiduciaries on mergers and acquisitions, related-party transactions, going-private transactions, spinoffs, recapitalizations, and other complex corporate matters. Mr. Sturgell also has significant experience providing fairness and solvency opinions as well as independent advice in situations involving conflicts of interest and other corporate governance issues. He is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Mr. Sturgell graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
