Mr. Bezzini is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He has extensive experience advising clients on financial restructurings and special situations across different jurisdictions. Mr. Bezzini is based in the firm’s London office.
Mr. Bezzini’s disclosable advisory experience at Houlihan Lokey includes large company-side engagements such as Intrum AB and complex creditor-side mandates, including Altice France, Stegra, Farfetch, and iQera. His disclosable restructuring experience prior to joining Houlihan Lokey includes advising Digicel, MyDentist (formerly IDH Group), Lifeways, and the creditors of Officine Maccaferri.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Bezzini worked in the Restructuring team at DC Advisory in London for almost five years. Earlier, he spent four years with the Leveraged Finance team at Mediobanca, working in both Milan and London.
Mr. Bezzini holds a BA in Finance from the University of Pisa and an MSc in Economics from Bocconi University.
