Mr. Carnini is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He has advised on and participated in national and international buyside and sellside mandates across multiple industries. Mr. Carnini is based in the firm’s Madrid office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Carnini spent more than two years as an Analyst at BBVA Corporate Finance in both Spain and Mexico. Prior to BBVA, Mr. Carnini was an Analyst at Moelis & Co., where he completed the New York investment banking training course in summer 2016. Earlier, he was a Consultant within the Transaction Services division of Deloitte Mexico.
Mr. Carnini holds a BSc in Business Administration from Universitá Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and an MSc in Finance from Grenoble École de Management.
