Mr. Dalla Montà is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He is based in the firm’s Milan office.
Mr. Dalla Montà has worked on a number of creditor- and debtor-side restructuring transactions, including New Look, Innovation Group, Brunswick Rail, Abengoa, Alitalia, Waste Italia, and Expro, among others.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Dalla Montà worked for five years at Rothschild in the Debt Advisory & Restructuring team in Milan, participating in a number of transactions involving companies such as La Perla, Limoni Group, Piaggio Aero, KIKO, Gruppo RTR, Tecnica Group, and Ferroli.
Mr. Dalla Montà holds a BA in International Economics and an MSc in Finance, both from Bocconi University.
