Matteo Manfredi

Mr. Manfredi is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Corporate Finance, Europe as well as Co-Head of Industrials, Europe at Houlihan Lokey.  He has extensive experience in Italian corporate finance, M&A, capital raising, and financial restructuring transactions. Mr. Manfredi is based in the firm’s Milan office.

Previously, Mr. Manfredi was a Founder and CEO of Leonardo & Co., a pan-European advisory firm that was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2015. Prior to Leonardo & Co., Mr. Manfredi worked at Lazard for more than 10 years, where he advanced to Managing Director.

Mr. Manfredi’s prior transaction experience spans from domestic and cross-border M&A transactions—involving both corporates and financial sponsors—to complex equity and debt capital markets deals, including IPOs, tender offers, equity raising, and other market transactions involving listed companies.

Mr. Manfredi holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan. He holds the title of Chartered Accountant in Italy.
