Mr. Boire is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, where he focuses primarily on the IT services industry with specific domain expertise in cloud, data, digital transformation, and enterprise application implementation services. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Boire was a Vice President at Lazard, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions for IT services and software businesses. Before that, he worked in the TMT team at Scotiabank, working on a variety of projects such as sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt capital raising. Mr. Boire also spent several years as a light infantry officer (airborne) with several operational deployments across Afghanistan and EMEA being awarded the U.S. Meritorious Service, U.S. Army Commendation, General Campaign Star (South-West Asia), and Operational Service (Expedition) medals, among others.
Mr. Boire holds a B.Com. in Finance and Economics and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Toronto.
