Mr. Crowley is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Private Funds Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Mr. Crowley was a Vice President at Triago, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024. He was involved in the origination and execution of GP-led and LP-stake secondary transactions. Before that, Mr. Crowley spent several years working at Jefferies, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions within the tech-enabled services sectors. He started his career in the Global Transaction Services group at Bank of America.
Mr. Crowley holds a B.A. in History and Economics from Harvard University.
