Mr. DiCesare is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer, Food & Retail Group, focusing on the food and beverage sector. His responsibilities include sellside and buyside M&A advisory, financings, valuation, and strategic advisory engagements. Mr. DiCesare is based in the firm's Chicago office.
Prior to rejoining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. DiCesare was a Senior Manager in the M&A and Strategy group at Tyson Foods, where he worked on a number of acquisitions, divestitures, and minority investments. Before that, he was Senior Manager in the Budget and Business Planning group at The Kraft Heinz Company. He began his career as an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey.
Mr. DiCesare graduated with honors from Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Finance Economics.
