Mr. Panek is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group, providing investment banking and M&A advisory services to consumer companies with a specific focus on the household sector. He has completed deals with Bradshaw, Dorel Industries, Evriholder, SC Johnson, Vista Outdoor, and numerous consumer-focused private equity firms. Mr. Panek’s responsibilities include sellside and buyside M&A advisory, financings, valuation, and strategic advisory engagements. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Panek was a Vice President in the Consumer Group at Robert W. Baird.
Mr. Panek holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from The Ohio State University.
