Mr. Plastina is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, he was an Associate at Oakley Advisory, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023.
Before that, he spent four-and-a half years at the Takeover Panel’s Market Surveillance Unit, followed by a three-month internship at Greenhill in London.
Mr. Plastina earned a BA with honours in History and Political Science from the University of Toronto, an MPhil in Modern European History from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management. He is a CFA charterholder.
