Mr. Rajani is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Valuation Advisory Services (CVAS) practice within the firm’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He also assists the many existing global CVAS clients with local Asia valuation needs. Mr. Rajani is based in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Rajani worked at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll) for valuation advisory services operations, primarily in the energy sector.
Mr. Rajani holds a Bachelor in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CPA equivalent).
