Ms. Hannaman is a member of Houlihan Lokey‘s Industrials Group within the Corporate Finance business. She is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Ms. Hannaman was a Vice President at Moelis & Company in Frankfurt, where she focused on M&A advisory, strategic advisory, and capital raising in Germany, Europe, and the U.S.
Ms. Hannaman holds a Master of Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
