Mr. Ajdin is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Real Estate Valuation and Advisory Services practice. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Ajdin was an Associate at J.P. Morgan Chase within its Global Real Estate team. While there, he performed financial analysis and modeling on a wide variety of transactions throughout North and South America. Before that, he was an Analyst at CBRE, contributing to the management of a portfolio of medical office and hospital properties.
Mr. Ajdin holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Houston Baptist University.
