Mr. Bertolino is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He performs sellside and buyside M&A advisory, debt and equity financings, valuations, and strategic alternatives engagements. Mr. Bertolino is based in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Bertolino worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Drake Star Partners, where he provided sellside M&A advisory services. Before Drake Star Partners, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Dominion Partners.
Mr. Bertolino holds a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Finance from Randolph-Macon College.
