Mr. Feron is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory Services practice. He is responsible for providing valuations and transaction advice. Mr. Feron is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Feron has more than a decade of valuation and corporate finance experience. He has performed valuation advisory assignments for both financial sponsors and corporate clients. Mr. Feron has also performed business valuations, intangible asset valuations, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment, legal entity valuation, and fairness and solvency opinions for clients across various industries, including consumer, industrials, and media.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 2021, Mr. Feron was an Investment Analyst at Avenue Capital Group. Before that, he was a Vice President at Duff & Phelps.
Mr. Feron holds a B.S. in Economics and an M.S. in Finance from Villanova University. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
