Mr. Marchese is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, focusing on advising strategic and private equity clients on financial due diligence matters for M&A transactions in the technology, media, and telecom (TMT) and financial services industries. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Marchese was at RSM, where he primarily worked in the consumer product and industrial industries. He started his career at Ernst & Young, mainly focused on global insurance clients, insurtech companies, and brokerage firms.
Mr. Marchese holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island. He is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
