Mr. Roberts is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group, where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, recapitalizations, and other strategic advisory assignments. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Roberts’ transaction experience includes advising Lido Advisors on its investment from HPS Investment Partners, Avior Wealth on its strategic investment by Constellation Wealth Capital, Focus Point Solutions on its sale to Wealth Enhancement Group, and Parsec Financial on its sale to Modera Wealth.
Previously, Mr. Roberts was with Park Sutton Advisors, a Waller Helms Company, prior to Houlihan Lokey’s acquisition of Waller Helms Advisors in 2024. Before that, he advised aerospace and defense, healthcare, and media and technology clients on strategic M&A and corporate finance initiatives at Deloitte. Earlier in his career, Mr. Roberts held corporate development and strategic finance roles at 84 Lumber, one of the nation’s largest privately held building materials distributors.
Mr. Roberts holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
