Mr. Schwartz is a Managing Director in Holihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. His expertise is in raising both debt and equity capital to support refinancings, acquisitions, growth capital initiatives, restructurings, and other general corporate purposes. Mr. Schwartz is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Schwartz was a Managing Director and Head of the Private Financing Group at Lazard. While there, he focused on executing private capital raises to support refinancings, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and growth investments for private equity and other privately owned clients. Before that, Mr. Schwartz was a Managing Director in the Debt Capital Markets group at Cowen and Company. Earlier, he was a Vice President at Ramius, advising on investment opportunities across the capital structure of middle-market companies, distressed situations, and convertible bonds. Mr. Schwartz began his career at Jefferies.
Mr. Schwartz holds a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University and an MBA from Fordham University.
