Mr. Peck is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s national Accounting and Financial Reporting Advisory service offering. As part of the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, his role includes researching relevant guidance on complex accounting and financial reporting matters involving U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and other international GAAP matters that arise in the M&A process; analyzing and building financial models to client specifications; and assisting clients in debt and equity capital raises. Mr. Peck is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Mr. Peck joined Houlihan Lokey from EY, where he worked on a variety of capital markets and accounting engagements requiring SEC filings, conversions from IFRS to U.S. GAAP, carve-out implementations, and purchase price allocations. Before that, Mr. Peck worked for BDO, where he primarily provided assurance services to clients within the insurance and manufacturing sectors.
Mr. Peck holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Accounting from Texas State University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
