Mr. Aljairoudi is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has extensive experience preparing valuations and fairness opinions across a broad range of sectors and geographies. Mr. Aljairoudi is based in the firm’s Dubai office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Aljairoudi worked at PVH Corp.’s European headquarters in Amsterdam, where he focused on corporate development activities, including strategy, M&A, and corporate venture capital. He began his career within the Valuation Services Group at Duff & Phelps, where he prepared valuations for tax and financial reporting purposes.
Mr. Aljairoudi holds a B.S. in International Finance from Özyeğin University and an M.S. in Finance from Tilburg University. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of CFA Society U.K.
