Mr. Dube is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group and is focused on the insurance sector. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Mr. Dube co-founded Park Avenue Finance, a New York-based capital markets firm, and its subsidiary Innovation Trust Bank, a Puerto Rico-based international financial entity focused on private credit funding and bespoke solutions. Before launching Park Avenue Finance, he was in the Financial Services Group at Goldman Sachs, where he advised U.S. financial services companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, and equity offerings.
Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Dube was on the Structured Solutions team within Debt Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley, advising U.S. bank clients on debt financing, liability management, risk management, and balance sheet optimization in an increasingly complex U.S. and global regulatory environment. During the peak of the 2008 global financial crisis, he advised the U.S. government on a broad range of initiatives, including the U.S. Treasury’s capital injections to the U.S. banks under the Troubled Asset Relief Program and to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Mr. Dube holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Wesleyan University, an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MPA from Harvard University.
