Ms. Ishikawa is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group. She is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Ms. Ishikawa was a General Manager at GCA Healthcare Corporation and a Director at GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. She joined GCA in 2011 and advised several transactions, including the acquisition of InnFocus by Santen Pharmaceutical, the sale of Santen Pharmaceutical’s anti-rheumatic pharmaceutical business to AYUMI Pharmaceutical, and the sale of Daiichi Sankyo’s plant in Akita to Alfresa Pharma, among others.
Ms. Ishikawa received her bachelor’s degree in Science and Engineering from Waseda University.
