Ms. Ishikawa is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group. She is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Ms. Ishikawa’s transaction experience includes EQT’s tender offer for CareNet, Intage Healthcare’s sale of its CRO business to Alfresa Holdings, the sale of Cancerscan to JMDC, Shimadzu Corporation’s acquisition of Nissui Pharmaceutical, Data Horizon’s capital and business alliance with DeNA, and the sale of Daiichi Sankyo’s Takatsuki plant to Taiyo Holdings, among others.
Previously, Ms. Ishikawa worked for GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021.
Ms. Ishikawa holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Bioscience from Waseda University.
