Nancy Hoff

Director

Ms. Hoff is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice within the firm’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. With 16 years of transaction-related experience, she specializes in buyside and sellside financial accounting due diligence projects for both strategic and private equity clients and advises on the assessment of earnings quality and other financial analyses, GAAP accounting, and carve-out considerations. Ms. Hoff also has experience leading engagements to assist clients with the planning, development, and execution of integration strategies, in addition to the tracking and reporting of related synergies. She is based in the firm's Dallas office.

Ms. Hoff focuses on serving clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries, such as acute and subacute care hospitals, physician practices, radiology, neuromonitoring, air ambulance, outpatient physical therapy, dermatology, behavioral health, physician staffing, scribe services, managed care, benefit managers, Medicare Advantage plans, and other health insurance payors.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Hoff was a Director in the KPMG Deal Advisory–Healthcare–Financial Due Diligence practice. She began her career within the Audit practice at KPMG.

Ms. Hoff holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MAcc in Accountancy from Kansas State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and Kansas and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA).
