Ms. Solis Klein is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. She advises clients on tax due diligence, federal income tax planning and structuring, and executing mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Solis Klein has experience advising clients across a range of industries in tax diligence, deal implementation, and transaction and fund structuring. She is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Solis Klein gained valuable experience in tax due diligence and transaction structuring during her tenure at PwC. Before that, she developed her tax consulting and structuring expertise as Transactional Tax Counsel at Ares Management.
Ms. Solis Klein holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of San Francisco as well as a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation from Loyola Law School. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Taxation degree from the University of Southern California. Ms. Solis Klein is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
