Nathan Feldman is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group an Transportation & Logistics (T&L) practice. He has experience in various sectors including asset-light 3PLs, tech-enabled logistics, warehousing and e-commerce fulfillment, asset-based transportation, marine services, and others. He is based in the firm's New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Feldman spent seven years at Capston Partners, where he was responsible for leading execution on sellside and buyside M&A mandates within T&L.
Mr. Feldman graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University with a B.A. in English Literature and minors in Physics and Business Administration. In 2019, he was a recipient of The M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leader Award.
