Mr. Singh is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Opinions and Board Advisory Services practice. He has nearly two decades of experience in providing fairness opinions, solvency opinions, debt opinions, and business valuations for public and private companies and their boards of directors. Mr. Singh has advised clients with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, going-private transactions, spin-offs, recapitalizations, related-party transactions, capital raises, and advisor-led secondary transactions. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Singh was a Director in the Transaction Opinions practice at Grant Thornton. Before that, he was a Director in the Transaction Opinions group at Alvarez & Marsal and assisted in establishing the Transaction Opinions practice there. Mr. Singh began his career at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll).
Mr. Singh holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University.
