Mr. Bilodeau is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Oil & Gas Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Mr. Bilodeau was Co-Head of Energy Infrastructure at Intrepid Financial Partners, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2026. Before that, he was a Director at UBS Investment Bank, where he advised on a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions in the energy sector. Earlier, Mr. Bilodeau worked at Barclays, where he focused on debt capital raises for natural resources clients, including corporate bonds, project financing, and acquisition loan facilities.
Mr. Bilodeau graduated magna cum laude from Clemson University with a B.S. in Financial Management.
