Mr. Husarenko is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has extensive valuation experience within the private equity, technology, industrials, and renewables industries, advising clients with various services related to fair value and tax valuations. Mr. Husarenko is experienced with analysis related to business enterprise valuations, portfolio valuations, waterfall analysis, equity allocations, and convertible debt valuations, among others. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Husarenko worked for Grant Thornton as a Senior Associate. He provided audit reviews and outbound services for a variety of fair value purposes, such as 820, 805, 815, and 718 engagements. Before that, Mr. Husarenko worked for BVA Group as a Financial Analyst, providing valuations for fair value purposes, tax purposes, and ESOP purposes.
Mr. Husarenko holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Florida and an MSF from the University of Texas. Mr. Husarenko is a CFA charterholder.
