Mr. Pavlidis is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
With more than two decades of household sector focus, Mr. Pavlidis is one of the most active bankers in the industry. He has completed transactions involving SC Johnson, P&G, Newell Brands, Kao, Spectrum Brands, Elmer’s, Purell, Hunter Douglas, Freudenberg, Hamilton Beach, PurposeBuilt Brands (fka Weiman), Stanley Black & Decker, Igloo, iRobot, Lifetime Brands, Helen of Troy, Zep, Wilton, Michael’s, Restoration Hardware, Bradshaw, Bosch, Instant Brands (fka World Kitchen), and numerous consumer-focused private equity firms.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Pavlidis was a senior consumer banker at Baird. He began his career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he represented private equity funds and companies in connection with leveraged acquisitions and private financings.
Mr. Pavlidis holds a B.A. from Haverford College and MBA and J.D. degrees from the University of Chicago.
