Niclas Niemeyer

Mr. Niemeyer is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He has advised on national and international M&A transactions across an array of industrial sectors. Mr. Niemeyer is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.

Recent notable transactions include Hillenbrand’s sale of Cimcool to DuBois Chemicals; the sale of Evoqua’s Memcor business to DuPont; the sale of Hydrogenics Corp. to Cummins Inc.; the acquisition of Mechanix Wear on behalf of Gryphon Investors; The Renco Group’s sale of Inteva Roof Systems to CIE Automotive; ZMJ’s and CRCI’s acquisition of Robert Bosch’s Starter Motors and Generators business; the sale of Broetje-Automation on behalf of DBAG to Shanghai Electric; and the sale of Spheros for DBAG to Valeo, among other industrial cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Niemeyer was an Analyst at BHF-BANK, advising in middle-market M&A transactions. 

Mr. Niemeyer holds a degree in Business Administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and also studied at Loughborough University in the United Kingdom. Prior to his studies, he carried out an apprenticeship with BHF-BANK.
