
Mr. Niemeyer is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He primarily focuses on the packaging, plastics, and paper sectors and is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Mr. Niemeyer has advised on national and international M&A transactions, including Oji’s acquisition of Walki from One Equity Partners; Silverfleet’s sale of Prefere Resins to One Rock; Hillenbrand’s sale of Cimcool to DuBois Chemicals; the sale of Evoqua’s Memcor business to DuPont; the sale of Hydrogenics Corp. to Cummins Inc.; the acquisition of Mechanix Wear on behalf of Gryphon Investors; The Renco Group’s sale of Inteva Roof Systems to CIE Automotive; ZMJ’s and CRCI’s acquisition of Robert Bosch’s Starter Motors and Generators business; the sale of Broetje-Automation on behalf of DBAG to Shanghai Electric; and the sale of Spheros for DBAG to Valeo, among other industrial cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Niemeyer was an Analyst at BHF-BANK, advising in middle-market M&A transactions.
Mr. Niemeyer holds a degree in Business Administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and also studied at Loughborough University in the United Kingdom. Prior to his studies, he carried out an apprenticeship with BHF-BANK.
