Mr. Hangard is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Mr. Hangard has been involved in a broad range of M&A and investment situations, advising companies, shareholders, and financial sponsors on strategic transactions, including disposals, acquisitions, capital reorganizations, and growth financing processes. Notable transactions include the sales of House of HR from Naxicap to Bain Capital, Eurofeu from CAPZA to IK Partners, and The Looping Group from Mubadala Capital to PAI Partners, as well as the IPO of OVH Cloud on Euronext Paris and the acquisition of ESTYA by Charterhouse.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Hangard was a Director at Audere Partners (operating under Natixis Partners), in which Houlihan Lokey acquired a controlling interest in 2026. He has also worked as a Manager at Eight Advisory.
Mr. Hangard holds a Master of Finance from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
