Mr. Kuznetsov is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business, where he is active in the firm’s Fund Opinions practice. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Kuznetsov worked at Temasek, the Singaporean sovereign wealth fund in London, for five years. Before that, he was an M&A Associate at Evercore. Mr. Kuznetsov started his career at J.P. Morgan, where he focused on corporate finance transactions across EMEA, mostly in the industrials and business services sectors.
Mr. Kuznetsov holds a BSc in Economics and Government from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
