Mr. Gadia is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He focuses on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, and capital-raising transactions. Mr. Gadia is based in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Mr. Gadia has nearly a decade of investment banking experience advising corporates, promoters, and financial sponsors on strategic and financing transactions. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, he was an Assistant Vice President at Metta Capital Advisors, where he was an early member of the firm and advised clients across the consumer, retail, fashion, and food and beverage sectors, among others. During Mr. Gadia’s tenure, he advised on a range of strategic M&A, growth capital fund raises, and buyside and sellside transactions, among others.
Prior to Metta Capital, Mr. Gadia worked with UBS Investment Bank at Verity Knowledge Solutions, supporting senior bankers on various M&A, private equity, and capital markets assignments.
Mr. Gadia holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from SRM University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Finance from FLAME University.
