Ms. Higo is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group and a member of HL Succession. She has engaged in a wide range of M&A advisory services, including valuation, for more than a decade. Ms. Higo is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Ms. Higo was a Vice President at GCA Succession, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to joining GCA in 2021, she was with Daiwa Securities SMBC from 2008 and joined Deloitte in 2012. Ms. Higo has deal experience in the advertisement, media, TMT, software, and consumer sectors, among others, as well as experience advising various structures such as share exchanges, equity transfers, mergers, corporate splits, tender option bonds, and management buyouts, among others.
Ms. Higo holds a B.A. in Law from Sophia University. She is a Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.
