Mr. Bueber is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He has nearly a decade of investment banking experience, covering a broad range of sectors, products, and geographies. Mr. Bueber is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Mr. Bueber’s recent notable transactions include Quadriga Capital’s sale of SCIO Automation to AEA Investors. His transaction experience prior to joining Houlihan Lokey includes Gunnebo’s sale of its cash management business unit to GardaWorld, Glory’s sale of viafintech to Paysafe, and the acquisition of Simon Hegele on behalf of EMZ Partners, among other industrial cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Bueber was an Associate Director at Clearwater International, advising in lower-middle-market M&A transactions.
Mr. Bueber holds an LLB and LLM from the University of Mannheim. He studied Law and Business there and at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.
