Mr. Temple is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Temple worked for Oakley Advisory, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. During his time there, he completed a number of transactions across the IT managed services, telecoms, and unified communications sectors. Recent transactions include the sale of Yonder Digital to Aquiline; the purchase of Mycom OSI by Inflexion; and the sale of Damovo to Eli Global.
Before that, Mr. Temple spent four years in Deloitte’s in Transaction Services practice, where he worked on a range of M&A and capital markets projects.
Mr. Temple earned a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and holds an ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
