Mr. Vaughan is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Vaughan was a Managing Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He leads the firm’s focus across IT services and specialty consulting in the UK, specialising in high-value-add people businesses, often serving a tech environment.
Prior to rejoining GCA in 2019, Mr. Vaughan was Chief Financial Officer for Edenhouse, the UK’s largest independent SAP specialist. Earlier, he was part of the GCA Altium team that acted as exclusive financial advisor to Edenhouse on securing a minority investment by private equity house ECI Partners.
Mr. Vaughan holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and an ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
