Mr. Ludwigson is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He has worked in investment banking for more than 27 years across multiple jurisdictions in Australia, the U.S., and the U.K. Mr. Ludwigson has advised on over 50 transactions for corporate and institutional clients in cross-border and domestic M&A. He has also completed numerous ECM and DCM transactions. Mr. Ludwigson is based in Houlihan Lokey’s Sydney office.
Mr. Ludwigson’s M&A transaction experience spans public and private markets and includes sellside and buyside assignments, public market takeovers, and schemes. He is also experienced in initial public offerings and secondary equity offerings, as well as private and bank market credit financing.
Mr. Ludwigson was one of the founding partners of Houlihan Lokey in Australia when the business opened in 2015. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, he worked at CIMB, where he was the Head of Investment Banking for Australia. Before CIMB, Mr. Ludwigson was the Head of TMT APAC at RBS. He worked in the Sydney and London offices for RBS/ABN AMRO. At the beginning of his career, Mr. Ludwigson worked at Credit Suisse First Boston and Citigroup.
Mr. Ludwigson holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
