Mr. Ozdemir is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has extensive experience in the valuation of illiquid and hard-to-value assets as well as fairness opinion engagements for clients across Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Ozdemir covers both the debt and equity investments originated by the private equity and private credit funds. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Ozdemir worked for Deutsche Bank as a Financial Analyst within the Leveraged Debt Capital Markets Group in the US.
Mr. Ozdemir graduated summa cum laude with a BBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University and holds an MSc in Finance from Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.
