Ms. Shukla is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business, focusing on valuations for financial reporting, tax, and strategic purposes, including business valuations, purchase price allocations, and intangible asset valuations. She is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Ms. Shukla has nearly a decade of financial consulting experience providing valuation and consulting services across diverse industries. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, she was a senior consultant in the valuation and modeling group of Deloitte, where she performed valuations of business enterprises, business interests, and intangible assets for the purposes of financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and tax reporting and planning, and assisted in audit reviews.
Ms. Shukla holds a B.S. with a concentration in Engineering from NMIMS University in Mumbai, India, and an M.S. with a concentration in Financial Engineering from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
