Mr. Haas is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He has both corporate finance and capital markets experience, with a focus on the technology sector. Mr. Haas is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Previously, Mr. Haas was a Vice President at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to GCA, he gained working experience at Deutsche Bank, participating in a rotational program with placements in various corporate and investment banking departments.
Mr. Haas holds a B.B.A. from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim and an M.Sc. in Finance from the University of St. Andrews.
