Mr. Raulin is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. He is based in the firm’s Paris office.
With over two decades of experience in the European Corporate and LBO debt markets, Mr. Raulin has structured and advised on more than 100 successful financing transactions across leverage finance and advisory roles.
Mr. Raulin’s debt advisory experience includes advising parties in interest on Vivalto Santé, Prosol, Biscuit International, Ipackchem, Omni-pac, aDvens, Résilians, Salins du Midi, asmodee, Wifirst, Safic-Alcan, Pandat Finance, Ondura Group, MyMobility, Havea, Groupe Lacour, Eureka Education, Neo2, Naturacare, Sages Informatique, Domia, Global D, Forward Global, S-P-M, Apperton, Proteor, M-Energies, AccesSOL, and Impact Group.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Raulin was a Managing Director in the Debt Advisory practice at Natixis Partners. Before that, he held a number of leveraged finance roles at Société Générale and IKB Deutsche Industriebank. Mr. Raulin began his career at PwC, where he worked in audit and transaction services.
Mr. Raulin holds an advanced master’s degree in Business Management and Digital Strategy from HEC Paris and Télécom Paris, and an M.S. in Electronics and Computer Engineering from ISEP Paris.
