Mr. Kilrea is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. His primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital to support refinancings, recapitalizations, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, and growth capital initiatives, as well as for general corporate purposes.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Kilrea was a Vice President at Livingstone Partners, a boutique middle-market investment bank headquartered in Chicago. While there, he was responsible for executing private capital transactions and providing independent capital advisory services. Before that, Mr. Kilrea held various underwriting roles at Ally Bank, Manulife Investment Management, and Barings. He started his career at Fifth Third Bank.
Mr. Kilrea holds a B.S. in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
